You do not have to work through your visa application alone. TopVisa provides remote, personal assistance for South African passport holders and selected other passport holders.
Forms, documents and lodgement
Depending on the destination and application route, we can help create and complete your online application, review supporting documents and upload them on your behalf. Full application lodgement is available where the relevant process permits it. Your quote confirms the work included.
Payment assistance
Payment management can form part of the agreed service. Ask how your service fee, embassy fee and any application-centre charges will be handled before deciding to proceed.
Biometrics and appointments
We can assist with biometrics bookings and explain which documents to bring. You still attend any required biometrics or interview appointment yourself.
Monitoring and follow-up
For applications lodged through us, support can include monitoring the application and following up after the published processing time. We give updates and explain available tracking. The authority controls the decision and timing.
ETAs, urgent trips and premium support
Certain passport holders qualify for Electronic Travel Authorisations. Ask us to confirm whether this applies to your trip. If you need fast-track preparation or after-hours assistance, ask about availability and the additional cost. An urgent service is not a guarantee of submission within 24 hours, faster authority processing or visa approval.

TopVisa's published services cover the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Vietnam, Schengen states and selected African destinations including Kenya and Morocco. We discuss tourist, visitor, business, student, work, medical, transit and family visa enquiries individually. Support for other passports and destinations must be confirmed.

Use current official instructions for your passport, destination and reason for travel. Check any transit stops, allow time to gather documents, and keep names and dates consistent across the forms and supporting information. You attend any required interview or biometrics appointment yourself.
